We provide services for the following: site demolitions, site preparation including paving and drainage, water and sewer installations, man-made lakes, residential homes for private owners, residential projects for developers, additions on residential homes, remodeling of residential homes, re-roofing existing homes with deteriorated roofs, town homes, and condominiums.
For commercial properties, we provide all types of services including: tilt tops wall systems, warehouses, medical buildings, office buildings, interior build outs for all types of businesses, complete x-ray rooms, demolitions of all types interior and exterior completed buildings, interior renovations, additions to existing buildings, shopping centers with interior build outs, restaurants etc.
PRESIDENT
Frank Adrian is the president of FACC , who since 1988 has been involved in the construction industry. Frank started by working for his father’s painting company right after high school while attending Miami-Dade Community College majoring in architecture. In 1992 Frank started working for his uncle, who is the founder of Adrian Homes. He worked for a period of 12 years for him, during that period he obtained his general contractor license and also became a state roofing contractor. During that time he built almost 700 homes in a variety of projects and over 800,000 square feet of commercial properties.
Frank Adrian decided to go on his own in 2004 and created Frank Adrian Construction Corp. He continued the family tradition and has created his own clients.
